The Mississippi River at Davenport, Iowa, is cresting today at the highest level ever recorded. A temporary flood barrier gave way Tuesday afternoon, quickly flooding a large section of the city's downtown. Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd speak with Mayor Frank Klipsch about the flooding, and the city's use of temporary flood barriers rather than a levee or floodwall.
