Rep. Tlaib Cancels Trip After Israel Says She's Allowed To Visit
PlayRep. Rashida Tlaib is cancelling her trip to Israel after the country said she is allowed to see her grandmother in the West Bank on a humanitarian visit.
Earlier this week, the Israeli government barred Tlaib and Rep. Ilhan Omar from visiting the country on a fact-finding mission, bowing to pressure from President Trump, who said Israel allowing the Congresswomen — both Democrats and Muslims critical of Trump — would show great weakness.
