U.S. Blames Iran For Saudi Oil Attacks

Oil prices spiked nearly 20% on Monday after an attack on the world's largest oil processing plant in Saudi Arabia over the weekend. Houthi rebels in Yemen say they are responsible for the strike, but the U.S. is blaming Iran.
