BBC Reporter Mark Lowen On Why He Left Turkey

BBC reporter Mark Lowen moved to Turkey as a foreign correspondent during one of the most turbulent times in the country's modern history.

Since his post began in 2014, Lowen has covered dozens of terror attacks, an attempted coup d'état, and a migrant crisis exacerbated by the ongoing civil war next door in Syria.
