Nashville Inmates Tell Their Stories Through Song

A five-week workshop at a jail in Nashville is teaching inmates the basics of songwriting. They're paired with veteran songwriters to learn how to write about their experiences in song. Then a crew of musicians help them put the words to music. Samantha Max (@samanthaellimax) of WPLN reports.
