Tribes File Climate Change Complaint; Taco Bell Increases Manager Pay

Louisiana has lost an average of a football field of land every hour over the past 25 years due to coastal erosion. Five tribes have filed a formal climate change complaint with the United Nations. Also, Taco Bell will begin a test to raise the salaries of some general managers in top-performing locations to $100,000 a year.
