Remembering Jazz Great Ellis Marsalis

Jazz pianist, composer and teacher Ellis Marsalis passed away Wednesday at age 85. His son Branford told The New York Times that the cause was complications from COVID-19.

Here & Now's Robin Young looks back at Marsalis' legacy with jazz historian Bruce Raeburn, a good friend of Marsalis and curator emeritus of Hogan Jazz Archive.
