The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention now recommends that Americans wear non-medical grade face coverings in public. But some people of color say the coverings aren't safe because the precaution will put them in danger of racial profiling.

Host Robin Young talks to Columbus, Ohio, resident Aaron Thomas (@Aaron_TheThomas), who wrote an opinion piece in the Boston Globe about the additional risks faced by men of color, and the incidents that have already been reported.

This segment aired on April 8, 2020.
