Many businesses are worried that when they reopen, they could get sued if an employee or customer gets sick with COVID-19.

We talk to Neil Bradley (@NeilBradleyDC), chief policy officer at the Chamber of Commerce, about why he thinks not only businesses but nonprofits and schools too deserve a "safe harbor" from COVID-19 litigation.
