COVID-19 Pandemic Is Accelerating In Africa, WHO Warns
The World Health Organization has warned that the coronavirus pandemic is accelerating in Africa. So far Africa has been the continent least affected by COVID-19, with just over 200,000 cases and about 5,600 deaths.
But the WHO's regional director now expects those numbers to rise, with South Africa accounting for more than a quarter of the entire continent's cases. Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with the BBC's Andrew Harding in Johannesburg, South Africa.
