California Court To Rule Soon On Immigration Protections Case With Teen As Lead Plaintiff

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, headquartered in San Francisco, may soon decide the fate of more than 400,000 immigrants in the United States with humanitarian protections known as Temporary Protected Status, or TPS.

The lead plaintiff in the case is a California teenager who sued the Trump administration two years ago to help her mom stay in the U.S.
