Milwaukee Woman Faces Unemployment Backlog With $13 In The Bank

DeiDra Blakley has been trying to receive unemployment benefits for months now. But she hasn't been able to after she was laid off from her job at the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She tells Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd that she believes she has $13 in her bank account.
