For this week's district profile, we turn to one of the House races called a toss-up by the independent Cook Political report.

In Georgia's 7th congressional district northeast of Atlanta, emergency room doctor Rich McCormick, a Republican, and college professor Carolyn Bourdeaux, a Democrat, are vying to fill an open seat.
