The Manhattan District Attorney has subpoenaed President Trump's longtime lender Deutsche Bank, according to the New York Times.

The subpoena was issued last year and shows that the investigation is more far-reaching than the one that looked at payments made in 2016 to two women who say they had affairs with Trump.

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with David Enrich, business investigations editor at the New York Times and author of "Dark Towers: Deutsche Bank, Donald Trump and an Epic Trail of Destruction."

This segment aired on August 6, 2020.
