Officer Identified In Kenosha Shooting

We're learning more about the police officer who shot Jacob Blake in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Sunday, as well as a 17-year-old from Illinois who allegedly shot and killed two protesters in the aftermath of the police shooting, and injured a third.
