Tens of millions of Americans are unemployed as the pandemic continues. As people search job boards, the future of work can seem murky, especially for some of the groups that have been hit hardest in the job market.

Here & Now's Tonya Mosley talks through some advice for job seekers with Jane Oates, a former assistant secretary of labor for employment and training during the Obama administration. She's now president of the nonprofit WorkingNation.
