COVID-19 cases are surging in Wisconsin, and this week the state reached more than 200,000 cases since the start of the pandemic.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd talks to Dr. Rachel Hughes, who is an emergency physician at SSM Health St Mary's Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, and Upland Hill Health, a rural critical access hospital in southwestern Wisconsin.
