Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd talks to Dr. Arthur Reingold, chair of California's COVID-19 Scientific Safety Review Workgroup and epidemiologist at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, about the group's role independently reviewing vaccines approved by the Food and Drug Administration before they are distributed in California. Washington, Oregon, and Nevada have also joined the workgroup.
