Oxygen Shortages, Record Cases: India's COVID-19 Crisis Deepens

U.S. medical aid is on its way to India as that country's health system collapses under the strain of the world's worst COVID-19 crisis. Doctors in Delhi say people are dying on the streets outside hospitals as India struggles with record coronavirus infections and a critical shortage of oxygen.
