Russia has changed its strategy in Ukraine, moving troops from areas around the capital, Kyiv, to the eastern part of the country.

Adm. James Stavridis, former NATO Allied Commander, talks about the war, the Russian strategy, Ukraine's appeal for more weapons, atrocities being uncovered this week in Bucha and other towns, and how this war could come to an end.
