As food prices rise, women are going hungry

In the last year, food prices have risen nearly 9% — and the U.S. Department of Agriculture expects those numbers to keep climbing in the coming months.

While we're all feeling the pinch of higher grocery bills, an analysis from the news organization The 19th finds that women are paying the steepest cost.
