California reparations task force vice-chair Rev. Amos Brown joins Here & Now's Scott Tong to discuss what's in the interim report released this week by California's first-in-the-nation task force, which has decided to grant reparations to descendants of 19th-century enslaved people in the U.S.

Rev. Brown weighs in on whether he thinks the task force will agree on financial payments or some form of special programs in its final report next year.
