A federal appeals court is expected to rule in the coming weeks on allowing Georgia's strict abortion law to go forward. This puts the issue of abortion at the center of the race for governor — the rematch between Gov. Brian Kemp and Stacy Abrams — and in the pivotal Senate race there.
