Turkey government builds temporary shelters for earthquake survivors

Nearly a month since an earthquake devastated 11 cities in Southern Turkey, the government is building temporary neighborhoods for survivors. But most of them are currently in tents with no access to toilets or running water.

NPR's Fatma Tanis reports.
