Supreme Court issues ruling on Medicaid case

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with professor Jamila Michener about a big Medicaid case that the Supreme Court released a decision on Thursday. Michener is an associate professor of government at Cornell University. She's the author of "Fragmented Democracy: Medicaid, Federalism and Unequal Politics."
