Biden calls on Israel to deliver more aid to Gaza during State of the Union

Thursday night in his State of the Union address, President Biden announced the U.S. military is going to build a pier off the coast of Gaza to deliver more humanitarian aid to Palestinians. Biden also called on Israel to deliver more aid to Gaza.
