Rep. Ro Khanna reacts to Biden's threat on Israel weapons

Lawmakers in the U.S. are reacting after President Biden told CNN he would stop some weapons shipments to Israel if Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu launched an invasion of the southern Gaza city of Rafah, where more than a million Palestinians are now living.
