Nonprofits join lawsuit to protect Texas inmates from extreme heat

Four nonprofits recently joined an ongoing federal lawsuit to protect people in Texas prisons from the extreme heat. It's one of several attempts over the years to address this issue, but so far, these efforts haven't gotten much traction.
