In Chicago, migrant students struggle with lack of bilingual teachers

Nearly 9,000 migrant students have enrolled in Chicago Public Schools as of April, and many of those students and their families have moved from shelters to apartments through a state program that helps cover their rent. But the top neighborhood where many have settled is highly segregated and the public schools there lack the resources needed to support students learning English.
