ACLU to sue Biden administration over asylum executive order. A lawyer explains why

The American Civil Liberties Union says it will sue the Biden administration over its executive order issued on Wednesday limiting the number of asylum claims it will process at the southern U.S. border when the seven-day average of illegal crossings exceeds 2,500.
