North Dakota voters to decide on measure to limit age of Congressional candidates

In Tuesday's primary, North Dakota voters weigh a measure that would impose an upper age limit on those running for Congress. The measure would bar candidates who would turn 81 by the end of their term. Experts see it as a potential test case to see whether the Supreme Court will allow states to set upper age limits for those running for the House and Senate.
