Farmworkers face hunger crisis

Many farmworkers responsible for the country’s agricultural bounty cannot afford to feed their families.

The United States agricultural industry relies on more than 2.4 million farmworkers who toil under the hot sun for some of the lowest wages in the country. And as grocery prices continue to rise, they can't make enough to feed themselves and their families.
