Judge ruling over Elon Musk lawsuits invested in Tesla, records show

Judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth presides over two major lawsuits Elon Musk has filed. So far, he’s delivered stunningly pro-Musk decisions. But financial records show the judge appears to be an investor in Tesla, also owned by Musk.
