Wisconsin legalizes ballot drop boxes just in time for Tuesday's primary election

Wisconsin recently legalized ballot drop boxes — just in time to be used for their primary election on Tuesday. According to the new rules, Wisconsin voters can return their own absentee ballots via the drop boxes. But with the new ruling, comes a whole slew of challenges.

We speak with Alex Shur, reporter for Votebeat in Wisconsin, about why these drop boxes are a thorny issue.
