Fed Chair Jerome Powell signals September rate cut

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell is signaling that the central bank will likely cut interest rates in September.

As Powell speaks Friday in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, investors are cheered by that signal, but their next question is: How big will that rate cut be?
