Democrats sue Georgia elections board
Georgia is expected to be a closely watched swing state in the November election. And Democrats are suing the state's election board over new rule changes that would allow local boards to carry out a “reasonable inquiry” before certifying results.
The rules were passed by the state's majority Republican election board.
