FAA grounds SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket

The Federal Aviation Administration has temporarily grounded the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket booster after an incident Wednesday. The action temporarily paused the Polaris Dawn mission, the private flight that was to include the first commercial spacewalk.
