Hotel workers strike after contract negotiations break down

Thousands of hotel workers in cities nationwide are on strike after contract negotiations with major hotel chains, including Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Marriott Hotels broke down.

Workers are demanding better pay to keep up with inflation and a return to staffing levels deployed before the pandemic.
