College students around the country are settling into the fall semester with new rules about protesting after pro-Palestinian encampments rippled across campuses in the spring.

Here & Now’s Deepa Fernandes gets perspective on the moment from former Brandeis University president and Georgetown law professor Frederick Lawrence. Lawrence is now secretary and CEO of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
