How organizers are trying to turn out the vote in critical swing state North Carolina

10:49

North Carolina hasn't voted for a Democrat for president since Barack Obama in 2008. But the state is a toss-up in 2024 and could be crucial in either candidate's path to victory in November.

The margins are very thin, so we wanted to hear about how both parties are planning to get out the vote.

We hear from two organizers in North Carolina, Democrat Kimberly Harding and Republican Dallas Woodhouse.

This segment aired on September 23, 2024.
