California is suing ExxonMobil for 'deceiving the public on recyclability of plastic'

California's attorney general has announced plans to sue influential petrochemical company ExxonMobil. Attorney General Rob Bonta announced the decision Monday, accusing ExxonMobil of "deceiving the public on recyclability of plastic products" and polluting California's environment and communities.
