Maryland sues cargo ship owner over deadly bridge collapse

The state of Maryland filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the owners of the cargo ship that caused the deadly collapse of a Baltimore bridge. Maryland joins the U.S. Department of Justice, the families of some of the victims and others seeking legal damages for the accident.
