How solar panels on balconies in Germany are an easy-to-embrace climate solution

Hundreds of thousands of balcony solar panels have been installed in Germany this year as the country looks for easy-to-embrace climate solutions. The technology is cheap and available for renters, and proponents say it can cut down on utility costs while providing a fun way to interact with your energy usage.
