Nobel Prize in Literature goes to 'The Vegetarian' author Han Kang

South Korean author Han Kang won the Nobel Prize in Literature on Thursday. The Swedish Academy praised Kang for her "intense poetic prose that confronts historical traumas and exposes the fragility of human life.”
