Robert Roberson called to testify, delaying execution
Texas lawmakers issued a subpoena for Robert Roberson to testify before the state legislature in an unprecedented move to delay his execution. Roberson is still set to be the first person in the U.S. to be put to death for a murder conviction tied to the diagnosis of shaken baby syndrome.
