Israel approves laws that could block UN aid agency from providing relief to Palestinians
Israel has been bombarding northern Gaza over the past three weeks, leaving a trail of destruction and worsening an already dire humanitarian crisis. At the same time, relief organizations say it could get harder to improve the situation in Gaza after Israel’s parliament voted on Monday to ban a United Nations aid agency that provides relief to Palestinians from operating within Israel and in occupied territories.
