COP29: UN Secretary General says 'It's time to deliver'

The United Nations Secretary-General told world leaders, "It's time to deliver" during the COP29 climate summit in Baku, Azerbaijan. Yet the conference is being held in a country that depends on oil and gas in a year that's expected to be the hottest on record.

Many world leaders are also not showing up, and President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to scale back the nation's transition to renewable energy.
