The status of insulin availability on World Diabetes Day

Thursday is World Diabetes Day. Diabetes affects 40 million Americans and for most, the best form of treatment includes insulin. The cost of insulin continues to be a problem for many as the cost goes up every year.

The non-profit Project Insulin is working to grant access to affordable insulin for those struggling the most.
