Do you ever feel like you act differently depending on who you're hanging out with? You could be more into sports when you're with people from work, or more into movies and music with people from college. And whenever the two groups mix, do you feel anxious about it?

It turns out, that's a common feeling, and many people are keeping their friend groups in separate buckets because of that.

Host Scott Tong talks with Faith Hill, staff writer for The Atlantic, about "friend hoarding."

This segment aired on December 11, 2024.
