New AI video features carry tech promises and privacy risks
Open AI and Google, two of the biggest players in artificial intelligence, recently debuted new video features for their AI-powered digital assistants. When "advanced video" is enabled, ChatGPT can see your phone screen rather than wait for photos to be uploaded or described by voice.
Google's Project Astra uses either an Android app or prototype glasses to record the world as a person sees it.
